  • Personal Training Sessions: I offer one-on-one training sessions in 30- or 60-minute increments, providing focused attention and customized programs to help you reach your individual goals—whether that’s strength, flexibility, endurance, or weight loss.

  • Nutrition Guidance: As a ACE certified nutrition specialist, I can help you find a balanced, sustainable eating plan that complements your fitness goals. Together, we’ll make mindful food choices that support both your body and mind.
